Corporate Advisory Services – Beston Pacific provides corporate advisory services to companies going through restructuring or looking to recapitalize through a private equity investment or an Initial Public Offering.

 

Commercial Property – Beston Pacific has been active in commercial property markets since its inception both in advisory and asset ownership roles. Beston has a clear understanding of the drivers behind commercial property values and the risk management practices required to maintain and optimize that value.

 

Wine Industry Investments - the Beston Wine Industry Trust (BWIT) was founded by Beston Pacific and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Beston Pacific sold down its shares to the Challenger Financial Group in 1999. BWIT was subsequently acquired by CK Life (Hong Kong) Limited, a company associated with Mr Li Kai Shing.

 

Beston Pacific also founded the US-based Vintage Wine Trust which was capitalized at US$150m when it was sold in 2003.

 

Beston Pacific founded the Vinvest McLaren Property Trust in 2004 which purchased assets from the Fosters Group in 2004 and continues to operate a portfolio of vineyards and winery assets.

 

Accommodation Industry – Beston Pacific founded the Beston Parks Accommodation Trust in 2004 with the aim of consolidating the fragmented Australian Caravan park industry. Under the management of Beston Pacific and over a period of three years, Beston Parks became Australia’s largest owner and operator of caravan parks and now trades as Discovery Holiday Parks.

 

Food Industry – Beston Pacific founded the Beston Global Food Company (BFC) in 2014 and quickly built a portfolio of assets in the dairy, seafood, meat and health and nutrition industries in Australia. We took the company public in August 2015 with a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. BFC is capitalised at around A$200 million.
